According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province, during the National Day holiday (from August 31 to September 3), Binh Thuan province estimates the total number of tourists visiting and staying in the province to be about 385,000, an increase of 3.3 times compared to 2023.

Of which, international visitors were about 9,700, with revenue of about 510 billion VND. During the holiday, the number of visitors concentrated in the first 3 days, with an average room occupancy rate of 80-95%, of which, many establishments reached 100% occupancy.

During the holiday, the Management Boards at tourist areas will strengthen, regularly inspect and rectify recreational activities at sea; at the same time, units will strengthen reminders and rectify businesses and tourist establishments to strictly implement the dropping of flags and buoys to limit safe swimming areas according to regulations, organize rescue forces and means well, and remind rescue teams to be on duty at locations where many tourists swim.
