Hanoi congratulates the Lao Embassy on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party

The delegation was hosted by Deputy Ambassador of Laos to Vietnam Lattana Sihalat.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong stated that under the wise leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the Lao people have overcome countless difficulties and challenges, achieved great and historic achievements in the cause of national liberation, national construction and protection, maintained political stability, consolidated national defense and security, economic growth, social order and safety, people's lives have been increasingly improved, and foreign relations have been expanded, contributing to enhancing the position of the Party and the Lao People's Democratic Republic in the region and in the international arena.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee affirmed that this is also a common joy, a source of great encouragement and motivation for the Party, State and people of Vietnam, as well as the Party Committee, government and people of the capital Hanoi.

On this meaningful occasion, comrade Nguyen Van Phong sent his best wishes to all leaders and staff of the Lao Embassy in Vietnam.

Sharing an overview of the development situation of Hanoi Capital in recent times, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee affirmed that the relationship between Hanoi and Vientiane Capital as well as other localities of Laos is increasingly developing strongly, in a practical and effective direction, in which the new highlight is that Hanoi has organized a training course to foster vocational teachers of Vientiane Capital.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong believes that under the wise and correct leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the Lao people will continue to reap many new and greater successes in all fields, successfully building a peaceful, independent, democratic, unified, and prosperous Laos according to socialist goals, and improving the material and spiritual lives of the people.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong emphasized that the capital city of Hanoi will forever preserve and nurture the special Vietnam-Laos relationship to develop more deeply, practically and effectively in all fields.

Thanking the sentiments and best wishes from the leaders of the Hanoi Party Committee, Deputy Ambassador of Laos to Vietnam Lattana Sihalat thanked the Party, State and people of Vietnam for always supporting and sharing with the Lao people in the most difficult times. This is the sincere and wholehearted help that Vietnam has given to Laos.

Appreciating the increasingly close relationship between the capital Vientiane as well as Lao localities with the capital Hanoi, Deputy Ambassador Lattana Sihalat stated that the Laos - Vietnam relationship is a loyal and pure relationship.

Deputy Ambassador Lattana Sihalat affirmed that he will continue to be a bridge to foster the special relationship between Laos and Vietnam to develop more and more firmly.
