On March 20, at the headquarters of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Inspection Delegation No. 1912 of the Politburo and the Secretariat, led by Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac, chaired a conference to approve the Draft Report on inspection results for the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, Long An and Tay Ninh provinces.
Also attending were comrade Nguyen Hong Linh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the Standing Delegation; Bui Van Nghiem, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, Deputy Head of the Delegation; members of the Inspection Delegation; comrades of the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, Long An and Tay Ninh.
At the Conference, representatives of Inspection Team No. 1912 approved the Draft Summary Report on the inspection results of key work topics in 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat for the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of 4 provinces.
The inspection topics include: Organizing the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution No. 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees; thoroughly grasping and implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; implementing Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development with a growth target of 8% by 2025.
Representatives of the inspected localities basically agreed with the conclusion of the Inspection Team, and at the same time discussed and clarified some contents as requested by the Team.
Speaking at the Conference, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the determination and drasticness of the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the four provinces in leading, directing and seriously and effectively implementing the directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the four topics requested by the Inspection Delegation, achieving many positive results.
Localities have resolutely implemented staff reduction, cut down on focal points, and streamlined the organizational apparatus; actively implemented Directive No. 35 of the Politburo; promptly established local Steering Committees on science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation; all localities have adjusted the growth target for 2025 to reach 10%, creating a premise to achieve the double-digit growth target for the 2025-2030 period...
Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac also pointed out the difficulties and limitations from the practice of the four localities in implementing the above major topics, and at the same time requested to urgently propose remedial measures. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Head of the inspection delegation requested the Standing Committees of the provincial Party Committees to pay attention to leading and directing a number of key tasks such as: giving opinions on the Central's projects and focusing on leading and directing to ensure the progress of the tasks of continuing to arrange the organizational model of the political system ; urgently studying and giving opinions on the new draft Directive of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; focusing on seriously and effectively implementing the Programs and Action Plans to implement Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo, ensuring that it is close to the practical situation of the localities; Continue to focus on synchronously implementing policies and solutions to accelerate and make breakthroughs in socio-economic development to achieve the growth target of 8% or more by 2025, creating momentum for double-digit growth in the coming period.
The inspection team recorded recommendations and proposals from localities and reported to the Politburo to direct relevant agencies to consider and resolve according to their authority./.
