Unanimously dismissed the Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council, Mr. Tran Xuan Vinh, presented a Proposal requesting the Provincial People's Council (term X) to consider dismissing Mr. Le Tri Thanh from the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term according to the judgment.

As a result, 100% of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council present voted unanimously to dismiss Mr. Le Tri Thanh from the position of Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. The delegates of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council also voted to pass a resolution confirming the dismissal results.

Authorized by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the province, Mr. Ho Quang Buu, presented a Proposal requesting the Provincial People's Council (term X) to consider dismissing Mr. Nguyen Hong Quang from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2021 - 2026 according to regulations.

As a result, 100% of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council (term X) present voted unanimously to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Hong Quang from the position of Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. The delegates of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council (term X) also voted to pass a resolution confirming the dismissal results.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh continued to present the Proposal and draft resolution on the dismissal of the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and the termination of the duties of the Provincial People's Council delegate for the 10th term 2021 - 2026 for Mr. Phan Viet Cuong; the Provincial People's Council delegates voted 100% in agreement to pass the resolution.

At this meeting, on behalf of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mr. Ho Quang Buu presented a proposal to dismiss Mr. Tran Thanh Ha, former Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Mr. Nguyen Phu, former Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, from the position of member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. The reason is that they retired according to the regime.

As a result, 100% of the delegates of the People's Council of Quang Nam province (term X) present voted in agreement with the proposal of the Provincial People's Committee and passed a resolution confirming the results of the dismissal from the position of Provincial People's Committee member for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Tran Thanh Ha and Mr. Nguyen Phu.

As a result, 100% of the delegates of the People's Council of Quang Nam province present voted by secret ballot to elect Mr. Bui Ngoc Anh to join the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term and voted to pass a resolution confirming the results of the additional election.

Speaking at the closing session, Mr. Tran Xuan Vinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, said that after a period of working with a sense of responsibility, the 21st session of the 10th Provincial People's Council has completed the proposed program.
