Seeking opinions from Ministries on the Project "Construction and Restoration of Ancient Pho Hien"

Authorized by Minister and Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son, on April 4, Deputy Head of the Government Office Do Ngoc Huynh signed Official Dispatch No. 2844/VPCP-KGVX on the proposal of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province on the Project "Construction and Restoration of Ancient Pho Hien".

The dispatch clearly stated that, considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province in Report No. 21/BC-UBND dated March 4, 2025 on the Project "Construction and Restoration of Ancient Pho Hien" in the wards of Minh Khai, Hien Nam, Lam Son, Hong Chau and the communes of Quang Chau, Hoang Hanh, Tan Hung, Hung Yen city, Hung Yen province, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the Ministries of Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Justice and relevant agencies to urgently study the proposal of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province in Report No. 21/BC-UBND dated March 4, 2025.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to propose handling directions and specific tasks and solutions for relevant ministries, agencies and localities in the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear authority, clear time, clear results", and report to the Prime Minister on April 15, 2025.

Assign the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and Ministry of Justice to proactively study the recommendations of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province, closely coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, promptly perform the tasks, ensure timeliness, efficiency and compliance with regulations.

In order to thoroughly implement the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Official Dispatch No. 1542/BVHTTDL-DSVH to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and the Ministry of Justice to coordinate in studying and giving opinions on the proposals and recommendations of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province (in Report No. 21/BC-UBND dated March 4, 2025) related to the necessity: on the project implementation policy; on flood prevention and environmental protection; on investment capital sources; on investment incentives; on site clearance progress according to the state management functions of the Ministries for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to synthesize and report to the Prime Minister.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests that the Ministries send their written comments before April 14, 2025.
