Over the years, Mr. Bien has always been mentioned as a dedicated person, researching and learning to learn and promptly grasp the difficulties in the production shift, so that together with his colleagues he can overcome difficulties, advise the workshop leaders to propose solutions to overcome difficulties, increase labor productivity, and ensure safety. Not only good at his profession, miner Le Van Bien is always united, enthusiastically helps his colleagues and actively propagates and mobilizes his colleagues to study and follow the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh.

In his work, Mr. Bien also has many initiatives, technical innovations, effective application, increased labor productivity, improved working conditions, ensured safety and increased income for workers. For example, the initiative in rationalizing the work of renovating the coal transport route of the II-4C-1 market furnace by the method of preventing the -85 connecting furnace from cutting, rearranging and re-arranging transport equipment... After more than 20 years of working in the profession, Mr. Bien has had many achievements recognized, for many consecutive years he has achieved the title of grassroots emulation fighter, "Creative miner", "Miner - Soldier".

Over the past years, TKV Trade Union and its units have seriously implemented Directive No. 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, from planning to organizing and implementing annual topics with flexibility to suit the actual conditions of each affiliated unit. The registration of cadres and workers to study and follow Uncle Ho is carried out with specific contents, close to the functions and tasks of each collective and individual. Therefore, the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in TKV Trade Unions at all levels has been spread, becoming a regular activity of each collective and individual. From there, it has made an important contribution to the implementation of the political tasks of the units and of the Group.

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is also associated with emulation movements in production labor to achieve high productivity and record productivity. The programs to commend and honor all take workers as the center, such as: "Glory of Miners - Imprint of Workers' Month"; "Traditional Day of Miners", "Miner's Tet", "Miner - Soldier"...

Units under the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee have built 320 typical individuals associated with the image of "Miner - Soldier", 2,068 grassroots individuals and 31 models of following Uncle Ho.

After 5 years of organizing the "Glory to Miners" program, TKV Trade Union has commended and rewarded 900 excellent workers, laborers, and good managers in the production and business fields of the Group. From these movements, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements have emerged. In production labor, there are millions of initiatives and improvements, contributing to increasing productivity and reducing costs. There have been many examples of high-level miners actively helping colleagues improve their professional qualifications and skills. In the period of 2018-2023, there were more than 43,500 innovative topics bringing in a value of more than 5 billion VND. Through the emulation movement to ensure working days, ensure safety and labor productivity, more than 6,000 workers have an income of more than 400 million VND/year.
