The delegation included Mr. Trinh Quoc Vu - Deputy Director of the Electricity Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade) and representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Office in Da Nang. On the CSO side, the Board of Directors attending the meeting included: Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung - Deputy General Director of NSMO and Director of CSO; Mr. Nguyen Nam Ha - Deputy Director of CSO; Leaders of CSO's specialized departments.
At the working session of the Ministry of Industry and Trade delegation with the Central Power System Dispatch Center, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung - Deputy General Director of NSMO and Director of CSO reported on the production situation of the center, preparations, development of response scenarios, calculations, development of power system operation methods, review and assessment of the power supply situation in the dry season of 2025.
In addition to preparing for the dry season electricity supply, CSO has proactively coordinated with units in the Central and Central Highlands regions: Central Power Corporation, member power companies, power transmission companies 2-3, power generation units in preparing plans to ensure electricity supply, all must be prepared with the highest level of readiness, ensuring the power grid, generators, and equipment operate safely and stably to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the Central power system, contributing to meeting the electricity supply in the dry season of 2025. At the same time, propose to the Ministry of Industry and Trade long-term solutions to meet the electricity growth scenario for the period 2025 - 2030.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Long acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility and initiative in production management at CSO. At the same time, he emphasized that ensuring electricity supply is an important political task throughout to meet the socio-economic development requirements of the Central Government. In addition, he especially emphasized the exemplary spirit, volunteering to take the lead and directly leading and directing the Party Committee, Party cells and Party members in departments and specialized units, promoting their role in overcoming all difficulties and completing the tasks assigned by the State and Government to NSMO and CSO.
Accepting the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade leaders, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung, on behalf of CSO staff, pledged to perform well the tasks and directions assigned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. At the same time, he hoped to continue receiving the direction and support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Power Control Department in the coming time and will coordinate with units in the electricity industry to ensure reliable, safe and continuous electricity supply in 2025.
