Learning and following Uncle Ho: Spreading strongly, practically and effectively

Over the years, the Party Committee, government, army and people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province have always identified studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style as a central and consistent task and content, associated with the implementation of the province's political tasks. Party committees, party organizations, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations have seriously and effectively implemented it, creating a strong shift from "studying" to "following Uncle Ho", making his ideology, morality and style truly permeate life, becoming the lifestyle, thinking and working style of each cadre, party member and citizen.

Extensive, frequent

The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has been carried out synchronously by the Provincial Party Committee with the highest political determination, becoming a regular task of each Party Committee, Party organization, cadre, Party member, civil servant and public employee. Quang Ninh is the first locality to make studying and following Uncle Ho an emulation movement along with other emulation movements of the province.

Based on the direction of the province, the Party Committee, the government, the heads of localities, agencies and units in the province have seriously led and directed the implementation in accordance with the practical situation and political tasks of the locality, agency and unit. Typically, the Quang Yen City Party Committee has assigned the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department to organize training courses, instruct on model building, and evaluate the "Learning and following Uncle Ho" model for grassroots cadres; at the same time, meet with collective and individual models to encourage, motivate and guide the nurturing and dissemination of the model.

The Cam Pha City Party Committee has requested to clearly define the registration content associated with the implementation of "New and difficult tasks" of agencies, units and localities every year. The Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee focuses on discovering, nurturing, praising, propagating and replicating examples and advanced models in studying and following Uncle Ho. The Education sector has chosen 3 key contents to focus on implementing, which are striving to study and follow Uncle Ho to fight against formalism and achievements in the Education sector.

The Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee organized a thematic meeting to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2024.

Propagating and replicating typical models in implementing emulation movements   "Learn and follow Uncle Ho"   The Party Committee and authorities at all levels pay attention to leadership and direction to promote extensive, regular, systematic propaganda with many diverse and rich forms. For example,   Mong Cai City, in the period of 2022 - 2024, has carried out propaganda on the grassroots radio system with 1,586   turn, build 42   news, articles on the city's electronic information portal; 12   Article published in the "Following Uncle Ho's example" column of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department...

The Coal Industry promotes through Party cell meetings; directly at construction sites and workshops... through praising and rewarding the image of a typical "Miner - Soldier" associated with the model of "Learning and following Uncle Ho"; through the exhibition "Simple but noble examples"; and through social networks and the industry's fanpage.

Cam Pha City focuses on diverse propaganda on city and provincial media, propaganda through literary and artistic activities. Many bright examples in studying, working, producing, volunteering in agencies, units, and residential areas are reflected in a realistic, vivid way, with deep and wide influence...

The provincial media center has posted on media outlets, on the Internet and social networks more than 1,160 news, articles, photos, reports, topics, programs, columns... to promote the emulation movement "Learning and following Uncle Ho". The propaganda activities have created a strong and clear change in learning and following Uncle Ho, creating an exciting atmosphere, encouraging patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's political tasks.

The Party cell of Binh Luc Ha residential area, Hong Phong ward (Dong Trieu city) mobilized people to build canals, sidewalks, and upgrade residential and production roads.

In fact, effective

Adhering closely to the directives and guidelines, all levels and sectors in the province have actively implemented the emulation movement "Learning and following Uncle Ho" attracting a large number of people, agencies, units and enterprises to actively respond and participate, creating an atmosphere of   "Industry competes, people compete"   in implementing patriotic emulation movements; emulation in labor and production; emulation in completing assigned tasks of agencies and units in the province. Many new models, breakthrough and creative ways of doing things have achieved clear results and have been proven in practice.

After two years of implementation (June 2022 - June 2024), the whole province has registered to build 7,336 models, typical examples implementing the emulation movement "Learning and following Uncle Ho" (6,757 models registered at the grassroots level, 579 models registered at the provincial level). From the registration of models and typical examples, agencies and units have clearly identified tasks and registered models suitable to actual characteristics, models are also important goals and tasks in implementing the tasks of the working year of agencies and units, thereby focusing on leadership, organization and effective implementation. A typical example is the Dong Trieu City Party Committee with the model of "Promoting internal strength, the strength of the entire people, mobilizing resources to build a civilized urban area" of Binh Luc Ha area, Hong Phong ward, Dong Trieu city, from 2022 to 2024, it mobilized 118 households in Binh Luc Ha area to voluntarily donate 24,355m2 of land to expand roads and beautify the urban area. The amount of socialized mobilization is over 11.4 billion VND. Or the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee with the model of "Learning and following Uncle Ho" implementing the policy that each party member has at least one initiative to apply to production, bringing about the effectiveness of the Party cell of the Mining Technology Department, Ha Lam Coal Joint Stock Company; From 2021 to 2024, there have been over 160 initiatives, including the initiative "Research, direct the establishment of measures and direct the construction of the CGH 7-3.1 longwall 7 over-milling stage with a capacity of 1.2 million tons/year to ensure safety and complete the output plan assigned by TKV", with a value of 33 billion VND in profit, awarded the Certificate of Creative Labor by the Prime Minister...

The close leadership and direction of Party committees and organizations at all levels; the role and responsibility of setting an example for heads of Party committees and authorities; the involvement of the entire political system; the active participation of cadres, Party members and people of all walks of life, have created a spread and promoted the organization and implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle effectively and practically.

Thanks to that, in recent years, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, the province has always maintained stable and sustainable development. The economic scale in 2024 will reach over 347,500 billion VND, ranking 3rd in the Red River Delta, 7th in the country; GRDP per capita will reach 10,272 USD, social labor productivity will reach 513.2 million VND/person... The comprehensive results and positive changes in the political system and socio-economic development of the province are the most vivid and clear evidence of learning and following Uncle Ho. Thereby, continuing to create motivation, promoting more strongly the will and aspirations of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province to strive to overcome difficulties, building Quang Ninh province to be more and more prosperous.
