Ha Giang province's Sipas index increased by 7 ranks

On April 6, the Ministry of Home Affairs announced the results and rankings of the people's satisfaction index with the service of state administrative agencies in 2024 and the administrative reform index in 2024 of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities. Accordingly, the people's satisfaction index with the service of state administrative agencies in 2024 of Ha Giang province increased by 7 places compared to 2023, reaching 24th place out of 63 provinces and cities.

2024 is the 13th consecutive year that the Ministry of Home Affairs has coordinated with localities and relevant agencies to determine and publish the administrative reform index of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities; it is the 8th year of implementing the measurement and determination of the people's satisfaction index with the service of state administrative agencies. Accordingly, the results of the people's satisfaction index with the service of state administrative agencies in 2024 reached an average of 83.94%, an increase of 1.28% compared to 2023. For Ha Giang province, this index reached 84.16%, an increase of 7 places compared to 2023, reaching 24th place out of 63 provinces and cities. This result recognizes the great efforts of authorities at all levels in Ha Giang in implementing solutions to improve the quality of service to the people. Regarding the administrative reform index in 2024, Ha Giang province reached 88.48%, ranking 31/63 provinces and cities.

People's satisfaction index with the service of state administrative agencies in 2024 of Ha Giang province increased by 7 places compared to 2023, reaching position 24/63 provinces and cities.

Through the assessment, Ha Giang province has made many efforts to direct and organize the implementation of administrative reform in a comprehensive and effective manner; the assessment results of many criteria show a clear change compared to 2023, the method of directing and operating administrative reform has many creative, positive innovations, closely linked with digital transformation and Project 06./.
