In industrial parks (IPs) in Binh Phuoc, industrial sewing factories are operating vigorously in many industries such as: sewing leather shoes, sofa cushions, clothes... not only meeting domestic production needs but also exporting. Notably, the female workforce accounts for nearly 90% of the total workforce in the industry. Ms. Quach Thao Van, a worker at Jason Furniture Vietnam Co., Ltd., Dong Xoai III IP (Dong Xoai City) said: I have been working at the company for 3 years, this sewing job is very suitable for me, with a stable income of 10-13 million VND/month. The working atmosphere here is comfortable, the space is cool. I will stick with it and work here for a long time.

The garment industry is creating jobs with stable income for many female workers.

In the same company, Ms. Le Thuy Duong shared: Before, I was a farmer and did whatever was asked of me, so my income was unstable. When I started working at the sofa mattress factory, I was trained, my skills improved, and my salary increased on time. After more than 2 years, I have a stable income, helping me take better care of my family.

Not only creating jobs, many businesses have invested in technology and modern facilities, ensuring safe working conditions, suitable for the health of workers. Ms. Vo Thi Le Uyen, a worker at New Apparel Far Eastern Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park (Dong Phu District) said: I work in the production department with new modern equipment, a clean and airy environment, and an average salary of 9 million VND/month. The company has a cool green space for everyone to rest and relax after work.

Mr. David Kao, Managing Director of New Apparel Far Eastern Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) said: Most of the workers here are female. We always try to create the best working environment so that employees can feel secure in their long-term commitment, especially focusing on welfare regimes such as: social insurance, health insurance, meal support, and labor safety are fully implemented.

In recent times, the industrial garment industry in Binh Phuoc has been constantly developing, expanding its production scale, contributing to stabilizing jobs for more than 10,000 workers, especially female workers in rural areas where employment opportunities are still limited. Mr. Bao Truong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center, shared: Every year, the industrial garment industry needs a large number of workers, especially female workers. In addition to creating jobs to help workers have a stable income, garment companies regularly organize free vocational training courses, helping inexperienced workers to easily integrate and improve their skills. At the same time, they build a friendly and suitable working environment, thereby helping workers stay with the company for a long time.

The garment industry not only creates jobs for female workers but also contributes positively to economic development and helps change the province's production structure in recent times.
