After 9 days of performing international duties in Myanmar (from March 30 to present), the Ministry of Public Security 's working group has independently rescued 7 victims, handed them over to their families, and coordinated with rescue teams from Myanmar, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Singapore to rescue 7 other victims.

The delegation organized medical examinations, treatment, first aid, disinfection, wound dressing changes, and medicine distribution for more than 50 victims; set up 2 tents as temporary shelters for homeless victims; sprayed disinfectants and anti-mosquitoes on an area of 5,000m2 in residential areas affected by the earthquake...

Colonel Nguyen Minh Khuong, Deputy Director of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) said that the members of the Delegation are all highly determined, in good health, and not afraid of hardships to complete their tasks well. The management and direction work was carried out smoothly and consistently, with clear assignments for each specific task. Throughout the mission, the Delegation received active coordination and support from the Vietnamese Embassy in Myanmar and representatives of Mytel - Viettel's brand in Myanmar.

Overcoming the relatively harsh weather in the capital Naypyidaw, as well as difficulties and challenges, the Ministry of Public Security delegation worked tirelessly, expressing deep sympathy for the losses of Myanmar.
