On the afternoon of July 14 in Hanoi, Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang - Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers - met with the delegation of the Vietnam Children's Support and Development Center to attend the Vietnam - China Children's Exchange Program in 2024. With the theme "Mountains and seas are connected, growing up happily", the exchange program will take place from July 15 to July 19 in Nanning City (Guangxi Province, China). The exchange program aims to implement the important common perception between the two Parties, two States and the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) with the Provincial Party Committees of four provinces: Cao Bang, Lang Son, Ha Giang, Quang Ninh (Vietnam).

According to the plan, there will be 5 Vietnamese delegations participating in the program, including the Vietnam Children's Support and Development Center and the Provincial Youth Unions of Cao Bang, Lang Son, Ha Giang, and Quang Ninh provinces. Within the framework of the program, the delegations will attend the opening ceremony of the Vietnam - China children's exchange program, experience intangible cultural heritage at the Guangxi Ethnic Museum, visit the Guangxi Puppet Theater, exchange ethnic cultures, participate in children's entertainment activities of the two countries Vietnam - China, visit and experience at the Guangxi Science Exhibition House, Nanning Metro Station and Zoo, Dinh Su Mountain relic... At the meeting, Ms. Trang said that in the past time, the delegations of the two countries have successfully coordinated to organize three Vietnam - China Youth Festivals, 22 Vietnam - China Youth Friendship Meetings in both direct and online forms. Ms. Trang shared that the activities of the Youth Unions of the two countries have brought about practical benefits and effectiveness to the children of the two countries, constantly fostering the traditional friendship between the children and people of the two countries and together contributing to promoting the comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and China. On this occasion, she also sent congratulations and presented gifts to the delegation of children participating in the Vietnam - China Children's Exchange Program in 2024 and hoped that the children participating in the program would ensure safety, well represent the image of children of the two countries in solidarity and friendship, participate and excellently complete the contents of the exchange program.
