Ms. Nhi Ha, representative of Swiss AutoX Company (HCMC), said that for 3 days (September 19-21), the company will coordinate with stores to change oil for free for people's vehicles damaged by floods.
Accordingly, people in the provinces of Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Thai Nguyen, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, and Hanoi will be able to change engine oil and gearbox oil.
"Each province and city will have 300 free oil changes, equivalent to 100 times/day. Overcoming the consequences of storms and floods is very important. Therefore, we hope to contribute a little effort, helping people save on vehicle repair costs so they can fully overcome this difficult time," said Ms. Ha.

Over the past 2 days, the vermicelli soup restaurant in Quarter 6 (Trung Dung Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province) owned by Ms. Tran Thi Na (born in 1978) has had thousands of customers coming and going.
Ms. Na shared that on September 16 and 17, the restaurant estimated that it sold more than 1,000 bowls of vermicelli soup with crab, each bowl costing 20,000 VND. The restaurant does not accept cash but only accepts payment by direct transfer to the account of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, with the purpose of supporting compatriots affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi).
"Looking at the images of people suffering losses after storms and flash floods, I and many others feel very sorry. I want to do something to help people overcome difficulties," said Ms. Na.
Many customers who came to the restaurant donated more money than the price of the bowl of noodles they ate. Some bought 2 bowls but transferred 100,000 VND, while others transferred 500,000 VND even though they only bought 10 bowls. Some even did not eat noodles but still transferred 1 million VND to the account of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Mr. Le Duc Anh (residing in Dong Nai province), owner of Le Anh Mobile phone store, also announced that he will deduct revenue from sales of accessories from September 14 to 20. He has also replaced the payment QR code with the QR account of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. When customers come to shop, they will transfer money directly to support people in flood-affected areas without going through him.
"I think my small actions will reach many people. Each person contributing a little will help people in flood-affected areas overcome this difficult time," Duc Anh shared.

Mr. La Trong Hieu (31 years old) has been encouraging customers at his coffee shop to support flood victims by transferring money directly to the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
"Up to now, the amount of money mobilized to the Vietnam Fatherland Front has reached more than 10 million VND. I feel very happy because everyone is joining hands to support our compatriots in difficulty," said Mr. Hieu.
