16 teachers wearing colorful vests, shorts, sunglasses and fake beards appeared on stage. When the song started, the "dancers" began their energetic performance. Below, the students cheered.
"Until now, it was the students who performed for the teachers, but now we are changing roles to create a surprise for the students ," said Mr. Le Thanh Tinh, Vice Principal of Thai Phien High School.

This performance is a gift that teachers want to give to students, helping them relieve pressure after a stressful school year and also a message to the 12th graders to be confident before the upcoming important exams. The dance was choreographed by a teacher, accompanied by music and guided through four sessions. Before the final day, the teachers practiced together after each class.
"During practice, I couldn't dance like in the clip. On the final day, when I heard the music and the students cheering below, I naturally jumped and added a few more moves for beauty," Mr. Tinh humorously recalled. For him, that final day was filled with a lot of emotions.
