Practically aiming to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day on February 27 (1955-2025), and to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the health sector has organized many exciting cultural, artistic and sports exchange activities throughout the sector. Thereby, promoting the dissemination of major political events of the sector and the country, while contributing to promoting the development of mass cultural and artistic movements at the grassroots level to go into depth, improving the spiritual life of workers.
The 2025 Quang Ninh Health Sector Mass Art Performance has just concluded after 2 days of organization on February 14-15 at the Vietnam - Japan Labor Cultural Palace, leaving many good impressions in the hearts of art-loving audiences and a large number of health sector officials and employees. Nearly 1,500 non-professional actors from 35 health agencies and units across the sector have contributed 105 outstanding performances in many art forms, elaborately staged with rich and attractive content.
The Quang Ninh Health Sector's Mass Art Performance is a major cultural activity of the entire sector, creating a playground for exchange, bonding, solidarity, and encouraging the team of doctors, medical staff, and health workers in the entire sector to promote their glorious traditions, enthusiastically compete in labor, study, and work, fulfilling the mission of caring for and protecting people's health, contributing to building a rich and beautiful Quang Ninh province, where all people have their health protected and live in a fair, democratic, and civilized society.
Nurse Pham Thi Phuong, Department of General Internal Medicine, Quang Ninh Geriatric and Rehabilitation Hospital , won the award for best actor of the festival, shared : Right from the time the Union of the Industry planned to organize the festival, the Hospital's Board of Directors assigned the brothers to proactively arrange time and work to participate in practicing the performances participating in the festival. Everyone was very excited, practicing enthusiastically since before Tet.
Quang Ninh Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Hospital brought to the festival 4 performances, elaborately invested in the genres of dance, singing, drama and excellently won the first prize overall. In which, the play "Eternal Light" and the song "Song of Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Hospital" were both works composed by Specialist II Doctor Trinh Thi Van Anh, Deputy Director, President of the Hospital's Trade Union, bringing special emotions, showing the mark of the Hospital at the festival.
Coming to the festival, viewers can easily feel a joyful and fresh artistic atmosphere. Throughout the theme of praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, homeland, country, and tradition of the medical industry, the performances brought the audience feelings of pride, spreading and nurturing love for the historical and cultural traditions, the beauty of the homeland, country, and people of the Mining Region, and depicting the spirit of work and the shining medical ethics of generations of Quang Ninh doctors.
Along with the highlight of the mass art performance, trade unions at all levels in the industry have coordinated with professionals to develop plans to organize exciting cultural, artistic and sports activities at the grassroots level or organized in clusters of medical units and participated in activities organized by the industry, such as: Badminton and Pickleball tournaments in Quang Ninh Health sector; Conference to commend advanced models in health sector staff and employees; activities to return to the source and offer incense at the Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac Temple (Ha Tinh)...
In particular, responding to the emulation movement "Quang Ninh Health Sector - 70 years of following Uncle Ho's teachings" towards the 70th anniversary of Uncle Ho's letter to the Health Sector on February 27 (1955-2025) launched by the Department of Health, not only actively organizing cultural and artistic activities to celebrate, the Trade Union has promoted rich, extensive, synchronous and consistent forms of emulation in the Health Sector to affirm the role of health workers following Uncle Ho's teachings "A good doctor is like a mother". Along with that, effectively implementing the emulation movement launched by the Vietnam Health Trade Union, such as "Scientific research and technology transfer", "Changing the style and service attitude of health workers towards patient satisfaction"...
At the same time, coordinate to organize meetings, seminars, rallies, commend, reward, and promote advanced models, outstanding collectives and individuals in the unit; focus on rewarding collectives and individuals who work directly; individuals with creative initiatives and solutions on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnam Doctors' Day. Thereby, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the whole industry, building solidarity and cohesion among colleagues, creating a friendly working environment, helping each medical staff to devote themselves to serving patients and serving the people.
