Removing difficulties in implementing the district road project from Hung Nhan town to Hung Ha town

On the morning of June 13, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to the Hung Ha District People's Committee report on the existing problems and difficulties of the investment project to build the district axis road from Hung Nhan town to Hung Ha town under the form of a build-transfer BT contract.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the meeting.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were Comrade Vu Kim Cu, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches; and Hung Ha district.

The project to invest in building a district road from Hung Nhan town to Hung Ha town is over 9.9km long, passing through the communes of Lien Hiep, Phuc Khanh, Thai Phuong with a total investment of over 538 billion VND. Hung Ha District People's Committee signed a contract with Minh Son Joint Stock Company to implement the project under the form of a build-transfer-BT contract.

Immediately after signing the contract, the investor actively coordinated with the departments and branches of the province and Hung Ha district to implement the project procedures. However, the project is currently facing some difficulties and problems related to land procedures and site clearance for construction.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested Hung Ha district and the investor to coordinate in implementing the contents and tasks of the project in the coming time based on the traffic planning, the economic efficiency of the project and report to the Provincial People's Committee for guidance in organizing the implementation; the removal of difficulties must focus on the essence of the problems; the provincial departments and branches focus on guiding Hung Ha district and the investor to carry out the procedures in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the province.
