French Navy Cruiser visits Tien Sa Port, Da Nang

The welcoming ceremony was held at Tien Sa port with the participation of representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Naval Region 3 Command, Coast Guard Region 2 Command, City Border Guard Command, Da Nang City Military Command, Foreign Affairs Department - Military Region 5 Command and representatives of the Foreign Affairs Department, Ministry of National Defense.

During the 5-day period (from April 11 to April 15), 98 officers and sailors led by Lieutenant Colonel Sebastien Drouelle, Commander of the ship, will have many activities to visit, greet, exchange culture and sports with military units in Da Nang city.

The ship's commander and officers will pay a courtesy visit to the leaders of the Da Nang City People's Committee; visit and pay a courtesy visit to the Naval Region 3 Command and the Coast Guard Region 2 Command located in Nui Thanh District, Quang Nam Province.

During the program, the ship's commander and officers and soldiers on board exchanged and introduced to the Navy Region 3 Command about fire and explosion prevention on board ships; played volleyball with officers and sailors of the Navy Region 3 Command.

On this occasion, the ship's commander and officers and soldiers on board had a working session with the Command of Coast Guard Region 2 on the joint training program at sea and visited scenic spots in Da Nang city, Quang Nam province and Thua Thien Hue province.
