The VRG Party Committee held a Conference to review and supplement the Party Committee planning of the Group for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms on November 8. This is an important political event to evaluate the results of the implementation of tasks in the 2020-2025 term, draw lessons, and at the same time propose directions, goals and solutions for the Group's development in the 2025-2030 term. The Congress is also an opportunity to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations in the entire Party Committee of the Group. Key tasks to be performed: - Ensure strict procedures: The preparation and organization of the Congress must strictly comply with Party regulations, uphold the principle of democratic centralism, prevent formality, and ensure effectiveness and substance. – Improve the quality of Congress documents: Documents need to honestly assess the situation, clearly identify advantages, disadvantages, causes and propose solutions suitable to reality. – Personnel work: Select a team of exemplary leaders with political qualities, professional capacity and prestige to meet the development requirements in the new period. The content of the Congress focuses on the following issues: Summarizing the implementation of the previous term's resolution. Proposing directions, tasks and solutions for the next term. Discussing and giving comments on the draft documents of the higher level. Electing the new Executive Committee and the delegation to attend the Congress of the higher level. Implementation time: Congress of subordinate Party cells: To be completed in April 2025. Congress of branches and grassroots Party committees: To be completed before June 30, 2025. Congress of Delegates of the Group Party Committee: To be completed before August 31, 2025. The subordinate Party Committees need to proactively review, lead and direct the implementation in accordance with the Party's regulations and principles, carefully prepare documents, personnel work and facilities to serve the Congress.
