During the 12-day period, 90 comrades who are officers and technical staff of the General Department of Engineering and military regions, army corps, Hanoi Capital Command, and the Engineering Corps will be trained in the following contents: Practice of inspecting military motor vehicles, professional inspection of civil motor vehicles; exploitation, use, maintenance and inspection of damage to equipment and tools serving inspection work.

In addition, the organizing committee also introduced legal documents on inspection work, introduced inspection items and methods, contents, and procedures for inspecting military motor vehicles at stations and mobile inspections at units... In particular, the training course will introduce software applying information technology in directing, operating, and managing motorcycle inspection work.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Ha Tuan Quan emphasized that the training course not only fosters professional expertise for the team of specialized officers but also equips them with new knowledge and new regulations in the work of technical safety inspection and environmental protection of motor vehicles. At the end of the training, the organizing committee will organize an inspection and issue certificates and military motor vehicle inspection cards to officers, inspectors and employees according to the regulations of the Ministry of National Defense.
