Accordingly, Colonel Le Van Phuong, Commander of the Quang Tri Border Guard, will be on leave until he reaches the age limit for active service according to his military rank and will retire according to the regime. Colonel Nguyen Ba Duyet, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff, will take on the duties of Commander of the Provincial Border Guard.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Nguyen Van Thien, Deputy Commander of the Border Guard, praised and highly appreciated the contributions of Colonel Le Van Phuong during his work, contributing to the good performance of the task of managing and firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the national border.

At the same time, Major General Nguyen Van Thien also congratulated Colonel Nguyen Ba Duyet on being assigned a new task, continuing to strive to do well in his duties, inheriting and promoting the achievements of his predecessor.
