The quality of planning projects, programs and plans under the management of the industry is established, appraised and approved with increasingly improved quality. Deploying and gradually completing the construction planning system with a very large volume from provincial and district construction planning, general urban planning, zoning planning, detailed planning; new rural planning.
Urban development programs, housing development, specialized planning (construction materials, solid waste, water supply) are deployed and approved - an important basis for promoting investment in socio-economic development of the province and localities.

The inspection and examination work has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Inspection Law 2022, thereby contributing to rectifying and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the state management activities of the industry. The activities of the affiliated public service units have been increasingly improved in terms of organization, planning, job search as well as implementation of tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the Department.
In 2024, the Department of Construction will continue to strongly innovate management methods and coordination methods between sectors and local authorities, focusing on perfecting the system of legal documents on construction, planning, etc.; focusing on the breakthrough of inspection, discipline and order in construction activities. Focus on resolutely innovating awareness for construction industry staff and human resources about the law and breakthrough thinking about implementing digital transformation in the construction industry. Prioritize and mobilize all legal and reasonable resources to strongly enhance the digital transformation of the construction industry, in which priority is given to a number of major tasks such as: promoting creativity in working methods to promote and improve the efficiency of online public services throughout the process in a substantial manner; focus on implementing a shared database warehouse for big data, specialized data (construction, transportation, environmental resources, ...). Resolutely deploy and properly implement the regulations on the database system on construction planning, housing and real estate market associated with investment in building a foundation for managing construction planning, housing and real estate market. Focus on piloting the BIM model (construction information) in a number of important and typical key projects of the province; thereby replicating the model, creating a new step in applying the BIM model to the construction of the province. |
