The replacement product will be delivered to the customer within just 3 working days. Tan A Dai Thanh Group commits to a 1-for-1 warranty within 12 months for products that satisfy the following conditions:
Scope of application: from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau and the Central Highlands region.
Applicable period: 1-for-1 warranty policy is applied to customers who purchase products from March 1, 2023.
Applicable subjects: Customers are consumers who directly purchase and use the Company's plastic tank products from the effective date of this program.
Applicable product types: New generation plastic tanks, Dai Thanh Gold and Dai Thanh Plus plastic tanks (Codes under 10,000). Not applicable to septic tanks, multi-function plastic tanks and industrial plastic tanks with codes from 10,000 and above.
