The released individuals all belong to group IIB (endangered and rare group) according to Decree No. 84/2021/ND-CP of the Government.
In response to International Day for Biological Diversity, on the morning of May 22, Hoang Lien National Park (Lao Cai) coordinated with Vu Quang National Park (Ha Tinh) to release 21 monkeys back into the natural environment.

All individuals were released back into the natural environment at Vu Quang National Park according to the approved plan; ensuring the safety of people and animals during the release process.


At the end of the release of wild animals into the natural environment, Hoang Lien National Park assigned Hoang Lien Center for Rescue, Conservation and Development of Living Creatures to establish a monitoring, management and reporting record of implementation results according to regulations.
