From January 1, 2021 to August 31, 2023, the administrative reform work of the Department of Construction has achieved many positive results, thereby contributing significantly to the implementation of professional tasks. In order to facilitate organizations and people, the Department of Construction has reviewed, reduced, and simplified administrative procedures. Many procedures have had their processing time shortened from 5 to 10 days.
Currently, 100% of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department are publicly posted at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center. During the period 2021 - 2023, the Department of Construction did not have any late applications.
Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications Duong Van Tuan: proposed that the Department have solutions to promote digital transformation; build and develop e-government and digital government.
The Department of Construction pays attention to the direction, management, propaganda and implementation of documents from superiors on administrative procedure reform. The Department also regularly sends civil servants to participate in training and skill improvement to solve work quickly and effectively.
Civil servants perform their duties with a sense of responsibility, spirit, and standard service attitude. The organization of the apparatus, functions and tasks associated with the structure of the staff, civil servants and public employees ensures effective operation, promoting the right abilities and strengths of civil servants and public employees.
At the monitoring session, many delegates said that the Department of Construction needs to promote the implementation of models and initiatives in administrative reform; promote the reduction of administrative procedures; make efforts to improve the ranking of administrative reform (currently the Department of Construction is ranked 13/17 provincial-level units); strengthen coordination with departments, branches and localities to create maximum convenience for organizations and people in implementing administrative procedures; pay attention to reforming the organizational apparatus; improve the service attitude of civil servants and public employees...

Concluding the monitoring session, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Tu Anh requested the Department of Construction to absorb the comments of the monitoring team; analyze and clarify the causes of limitations and shortcomings to promptly overcome and gradually improve the scores of the indexes that are falling in rank. The Department needs to step up propaganda work; coordinate with departments, branches and localities in implementing administrative procedures.
