Attending the launching program were Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuong - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; leaders of the Department of Information and Communications; leaders of units under the Department of Information and Communications and all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the agency.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuong, Director of Phu Tho Department of Information and Communications, spoke at the launching program.

Speaking at the launching program, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuong, Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Phu Tho said: In recent days, storm No. 3 and its circulation have directly affected the northern provinces and cities, including Phu Tho province. Storms and heavy rains, floods and landslides have caused severe damage to people and property; the lives of people in areas affected by natural disasters and storms and floods are facing many difficulties and losses.

Responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Phu Tho called on all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department to promote the tradition of "mutual love", through practical actions, contributions and support to create more resources to support and help people overcome difficulties, quickly restore production and stabilize life.

At the launching program, 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of Phu Tho Department of Information and Communications participated in donating at least 1 day's salary with a total amount of 29 million VND . The Department of Information and Communications will hand over all funds to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to join hands to support people affected by storm No. 3 and the recent floods./.
