Samsung Electronics is proud to host the first Odyssey Cup in Southeast Asia, an online esports tournament that aims to ignite the passion of gamers across the region… with the desire to bring a comprehensive gaming and competition experience to professional gamers, influencers, and especially the community.
The Odyssey Cup is the first step in achieving this goal, with a commitment to raising the quality of esports content through engaging engagement and interactive live sessions with influencers across Southeast Asia.

The tournament uses the game Valorant and an influencer-fan competition format between 6 countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam with a total prize value of up to 10,000 USD. Samsung is committed to providing the ultimate gaming experience with the latest generation of gaming monitors, including the Odyssey Neo G9 and Odyssey OLED G9.
“Our goal is to create a platform for gamers, fans and the community to come together and celebrate their passion for gaming, and we are working hard to achieve this with the advanced technology that the Odyssey gaming monitor brings,” said Leslie Goh, Head of Visual Display Business, Southeast Asia and Oceania, Samsung Electronics.
The selection round is from October 30 to November 5, through the influencers' social media platforms.
Regional seeding round: November 11 will be the group stage between MY, SG, PH (11:00 AM GMT +8); November 12 will be the group stage between ID, TH, VN (10:00 AM GMT+7) and broadcast live on Influencer's social media platform.
Group stage: takes place on November 18, 19, 25, 26; Playoffs round takes place on December 8, 9, 10, 16, 17.
