Launching Gia An 115 Institute of Medical Research and Training

At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Ngo Quang, Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Training, Ministry of Health, awarded the certificate to Gia An 115 Institute of Medical Research and Training.

Congratulating the Institute on its establishment, Dr. Nguyen Ngo Quang emphasized that this is just the beginning of a long journey. The Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Training has assigned the Institute the responsibility of building a strategic development orientation in addition to continuous training work, which needs to focus on breakthrough work in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Associate Professor - Doctor - Physician Nguyen Truong Son, former Deputy Minister of Health, senior advisor to Hoa Lam Group, said he will accompany and closely monitor the institute's activities. In addition, he will invest resources for the institute to develop and best perform its functions and tasks.

On the occasion of the launching ceremony, Gia An 115 Medical Research and Training Institute summarized and awarded certificates to outstanding students of the Infection Control training course. This is the first continuous training course organized by the institute, marking the beginning of the continuous training programs that the institute will implement in the near future.

Dr. Nguyen Duc Loc, Director of Gia An 115 Medical Research and Training Institute, Acting Executive Director of Gia An 115 Hospital, said that in the coming time, the hospital will continue to invest resources and conditions to develop the institute to ensure and improve the quality of continuous training of medical staff, while promoting scientific research and international cooperation, joining hands to contribute to the overall development of the Vietnamese medical sector.

It is known that Gia An 115 Medical Research and Training Institute is a professional unit of Gia An 115 Hospital, operating with the main task of organizing and managing continuous training programs, scientific research and international cooperation in the field of medicine and pharmacy.
