Quang Nam has 3 collectives and individuals receiving Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister for studying and following Uncle Ho.

Accordingly, the Party Committee of Que Xuan 2 commune (Que Son district) is honored to be the only collective in the province to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister.

Over the past years, Que Xuan 2 commune has well implemented Uncle Ho's teaching "If the people's movement is skillful, everything will be successful" in the work of mobilizing land clearance and expanding traffic routes to contribute to the construction of new rural areas.

Mr. Pham Xuan Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Xuan 2 commune informed that in recent times, the locality has widely and strongly implemented the emulation movement "3 ready" in building new rural areas. Up to now, people have voluntarily donated 17,782m2 ^of residential land, garden land, agricultural land; dismantled and relocated 5,150m of fences and 131 solid gates; contributed 1,505 working days and nearly 1.5 billion VND to support renting machinery, raising the ground, and making drainage ditches.

Up to now, Que Xuan 2 commune has expanded and upgraded 15 rural roads in 6 villages with a total length of more than 13km, making an important contribution to the construction of new rural areas and new rural residential areas in the commune. Meanwhile, the Party building work has achieved impressive results, with the entire Party Committee having more than 200 Party members. In 2023 and 2024, the Commune Party Committee was recognized as "Excellently completing its tasks".

Also according to Decision No. 652 of the Prime Minister, Quang Nam province has 2 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit: Mr. Mai Nam - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mai Tien Thanh Company Limited (Duy Xuyen district) and Mr. Tran Tan Tai - Chairman of the Charity Association of Nam Giang district.

The common point of these two individuals is that they are actively involved in the community and carry out many social security programs.
