Vinh Phuc is in the TOP in disbursement of public investment capital.

By promoting the disbursement of public investment capital, taking public investment as the leader, activating and attracting all social resources, right from the first months of the year, localities in the province have actively implemented solutions to increase the disbursement rate of capital. By the end of the first quarter of 2025, Vinh Phuc's public investment disbursement ranked 7th out of 63 localities and ranked first among the provinces in the Red River Delta.

In the first quarter of 2025, the disbursement of public investment capital in the province is estimated at nearly VND 1,400 billion, equal to 20.2% of the central capital plan and 18.1% of the total assigned capital plan; higher than the same period in 2024 and higher than the average disbursement rate of the whole country. To achieve the above results, Vinh Phuc has requested departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts and project management boards, investors to closely monitor the disbursement of public investment capital plans of each project, promptly propose appropriate adjustments; urge contractors to concentrate machinery and human resources to construct works according to schedule; resolutely and strictly handle contractors who violate construction progress and construction quality. At the same time, localities in the province have focused on doing a good job of site clearance compensation, speeding up the implementation of transitional projects. Normally, the disbursement of public investment capital is often concentrated in the period from the middle to the end of the year. However, this year, this work has been accelerated from the beginning of the year. This is the premise for Vinh Phuc to quickly complete the public investment disbursement plan in 2025, contributing to the overall growth of the province not only this year but also in the period of 2021-2025./.
