(BLC) - On the morning of January 16, the working delegation of the Provincial People's Committee led by Mr. Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and extended New Year greetings to a number of agencies, units, families of meritorious people, and Party members with 60 years of Party membership in Lai Chau city.
Accompanying the working delegation were representatives of the leaders of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resources and Environment, Provincial People's Committee Office; City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Lai Chau city.
The delegation congratulated the provincial police.
Accordingly, the provincial delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to units including: Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, Regiment 880 - Provincial Military Command, City Military Command, and City Police.

At the visited units, the Working Group listened to the leaders of the units report on the results of the implementation of tasks in 2024 and the direction and tasks in 2025; especially the plan to be on duty for the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025. In addition to creating conditions for officers and soldiers to celebrate Tet happily and peacefully, the units have also developed plans to be on duty and combat ready, proactively coordinating with local Party committees and authorities to promptly handle arising situations right at the grassroots level, determined to ensure security, politics, and social order and safety so that people can enjoy the spring and celebrate Tet with peace of mind.

Speaking at the places visited, Comrade Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee informed about some outstanding results of the socio-economic development situation in 2024 and emphasized that to achieve those results, there were positive contributions from the forces, officers and soldiers of units and localities. He suggested that in the coming time, the units continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, overcome difficulties and successfully complete the assigned tasks.

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and presented gifts from the President and the Provincial Party Committee - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to the family of Ms. Le Thi Chinh (wife of martyr Cao Van Tuong) - Residential Group No. 2; Ms. Phin Thi Thich (wife of martyr Deo Van Vien) in Residential Group No. 9 and Ms. Dieu Thi Thon (60-year Party member) in Residential Group No. 1 (all residing in Doan Ket ward, Lai Chau city).
The Working Group wished a happy new year to the family of Mrs. Phin Thi Thich (wife of martyr Deo Van Vien).
