Ticket brokers are desperate to find buyers

According to records, on July 28 - one day before the concert of Korean music group BlackPink, many ticket sellers were in front of My Dinh Stadium (Hanoi) with banners and slogans to resell tickets.

Ticket brokers offer attractive offers but there are still no buyers.

Some people have tickets in hand, offering attractive offers. They promise "the more you buy, the deeper the discount", leading customers all the way to the stadium to collect money to convince them to choose to do business with them.

On social networking platforms, the "black market" ticket market is equally bustling.

Not only that, ticket prices are all advertised at a 20-30% discount compared to the original price sold by the organizers.

Specifically, VIP tickets are currently being sold for around 6-7 million VND/ticket (original price 9.8 million VND/ticket). Meanwhile, lower ticket classes such as Cat 2 are currently being sold for 3 million VND/ticket (original price 5.8 million VND/ticket), Cat 3 is 2.5 million VND/ticket (original price 3.8 million VND/ticket).

Even though the price has been reduced much more than the original price, many ticket brokers are still "looking for customers" with red eyes.

BlackPink show ticket prices are significantly reduced compared to the original price.

A frustrated audience member named T (Hanoi) said that he and his group of friends even spent money on advertising to post an ad to sell 80 tickets on social platforms.

This audience member was even willing to sell "1 get 1 free" just to quickly recover the investment. However, up to now, the above tickets have not been sold out.

Hanoi is the final stop in Asia in BlackPink's global concert series Born Pink.

Currently, the crew including dancers, technical team, and band have arrived in Hanoi, ready for the show. In addition, the construction and installation of the stage was basically completed by the afternoon of July 28.

In a statement issued on July 25, the Hanoi People's Committee said it had assigned tasks to departments, branches and localities to direct the City Police and the Capital Command to develop plans to ensure absolute safety and security; the Department of Health to develop medical plans and epidemic prevention...

Responding to Giao Thong Newspaper, Mr. Do Dinh Hong (Director of the Department of Culture and Sports) did not give an answer about the backup plan or the number of security guards mobilized for the two shows.

The program's organizers also did not reveal specifics, only saying in general: "All plans have been worked on directly by the organizers, closely coordinated and approved by departments, branches and sectors. We also have a unit participating in controlling all security implementation processes to meet international standards - like all other BlackPink concerts. Therefore, the press and fans can be completely assured."

Previously, the Organizing Committee also sent out information that 80% of the technical equipment for the concert was imported from Korea and Thailand, to ensure the quality of the BlackPink show in Hanoi is similar to other locations in the world tour series.
