The Department of Population has just issued an official document launching the Population Industry Logo Design Contest.
The contest aims to find a logo that is suitable for the orientation of shifting the focus of population policy from family planning to population and development; expressing the characteristics and high generality of meaning, community and for the sustainable development of the country.

The Contest is open to Vietnamese citizens living in the country and overseas Vietnamese; foreigners studying and working in Vietnam; domestic and foreign organizations.
Encourage organizations, individuals, students majoring in logo design, graphics, fine arts, architecture, and advertising.
There is no age limit for contestants; those under 18 must have a legal guardian as their representative with full civil capacity and conduct before the law. Authors can enter the contest as individuals or as a group of authors.
The Population sector logo must meet the content, requirements and context of population work in the new situation; be unique, inheritable, creative, artistic, not duplicate or cause confusion with any other logo, and not violate intellectual property laws.
The selected logo must meet the standards of a work of art, meet aesthetic requirements, be creative, simple, memorable, recognizable, and impressive.
Each logo must be accompanied by an explanation, no more than 300 words. It must clearly state the creative idea and meaning of the work. Each author or group of authors may submit a maximum of 3 works to the Contest that meet the requirements and conditions stated.
The shape is unlimited, expressed as a unified block. The maximum color is 4 colors, not including white. The words shown on the Logo: Population and Development.
Regarding the prize structure, there is 1 first prize worth 20 million VND and 5 consolation prizes, each worth 2 million VND along with gifts from sponsors.
Contest entries should be sent to the Department of Population (Ministry of Health), Lane 8 Ton That Thuyet, My Dinh Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, or submitted online at the email address: [email protected].
Time to receive entries from individuals and organizations from October 8, 2024 to November 30, 2024.
