Regarding the case of a female student being beaten and breaking her cervical vertebrae for stopping her friends from arguing, the Investigation Police Agency of Nong Cong District Police (Thanh Hoa Province) has just issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case of intentional injury that occurred in Thai Son village (Tan Phuc commune, Nong Cong district).
Regarding this case, the Investigation Police Agency also issued a decision to prosecute Nguyen Thi Ngoc A. (born in 2007), Nguyen Thi G. (born in 2007), Hoang Thi Huyen Tr. (born in 2007), Nguyen Thi A. (born in 2008), Le Phuong D. (born in 2008) and Vu Le T. (born in 2007), all residing in Nong Cong district, for intentionally causing injury. Among the above defendants, there are 2 students from Nong Cong High School and 4 students from Nong Cong 2 High School.

Previously, on October 4, a female student of class 10A6 at Nong Cong 2 High School (Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province) was walking home from school when she saw a female student of class 10A5 walking behind her talking and laughing with another friend. The female student of class 10A6 thought that her friend was talking badly about her, leading to an argument.
On the afternoon of October 5, after school, the two female students continued to argue and fight. Afterwards, the school security broke up the fight and the students left. However, when they arrived at Tan Phuc commune, Nong Cong district, the students continued to argue, leading to a fight.
At this time, LVGN (class 11A6) intervened, but was attacked by a group of 6 students who used their feet, hands, and helmets to beat her. As a result, female student LVGN (when she intervened to stop the group of friends from fighting) was beaten up and seriously injured, and had to be transferred to Viet Duc Hospital for treatment.
After a period of treatment at Viet Duc Hospital, this female student was transferred to Hop Luc General Hospital (in Thanh Hoa) for continued monitoring and physical therapy.
According to the forensic conclusion No. 7977 (November 22) of the Institute of Criminal Science, Ministry of Public Security regarding the bodily injury in the case of "Intentional Infliction of Injury" on October 5, the total percentage of N.'s bodily injury is 23%.
