Clean water project for mountainous communes in Quang Ninh province: Large investment, low efficiency

In 2023, over 74 billion VND was invested to implement 2 clean water projects for Thanh Son mountainous commune in Ba Che district (Quang Ninh province), but so far 1 project has only been able to supply a small amount of water to a few households; 1 project has not been able to supply water and has continuously broken down.
