During her guest appearance on KBS Joy's Ssul-vival, she revealed her diet plan. According to JooE, one of the hardest things about dieting is resisting the temptation of food. JooE's entire diet consists of 400 grams of chicken breast or 200 grams of beef, two cucumbers, and one or two apples divided throughout the day.

With that diet, JooE has a calorie intake of less than 1,000 calories per day, which is not really ideal when people are following a diet with heavy exercises. Besides, JooE shares about intermittent fasting, she follows a cycle of only eating during a certain period of time (usually 8 hours), while the remaining 16 hours are spent fasting.

Besides, JooE is said to have had plastic surgery to enhance her beauty.
