Constantly evolving
The person who laid a solid foundation for the Provincial Children's Karate-Do Club to overcome many difficulties and develop as it is today is 3rd Degree Black Belt Karate-Do Nguyen Tuan.
In August 1989, Mr. Tuan graduated from Hue University (now Hue University of Sciences), returned to his hometown Quang Tri with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a certificate of First Degree Black Belt in Karate - Do (in 1992, Third Degree Black Belt in Karate - Do).
He set out to carry out the mission assigned by his respected teacher - martial artist Nguyen Van Dung (7th degree black belt, founder of Nghia Dung Karate - Do Martial Arts School) to develop the Karate - Do sect in Quang Tri. On October 6, 1989, at Dong Ha High School, the first Karate - Do martial arts class was opened with 25 students participating, with Mr. Tuan as head coach and his colleagues: Phan Van Tri, Hoang Duc Duy, Le Hoai Nam, Nguyen Tuan Anh, all of whom were students of Hue University and studied martial arts at Nghia Dung Karate - Do Martial Arts School Hue.
From 1989 to 1993, the Karate - Do movement developed quite strongly and built a brand in the martial arts community of Quang Tri. At that time, the Provincial Children's House was just established. With the desire to bring Karate - Do into teaching gifted students, the leaders of the Provincial Children's House asked Mr. Tuan to be a collaborator teaching this martial art. The first class attracted 42 students to participate, officially opening on June 1, 1994. This was an important foundation for the formation and development of the Karate - Do Club of the Provincial Children's House.

In 2001, Mr. Tuan handed over the job of teaching Karate - Do to Mr. Le Chi Vu. Fourth-degree Black Belt in Karate - Do Le Chi Vu said: "When I took on teaching Karate - Do at the Provincial Children's House, I felt very honored to receive trust, and at the same time, I considered this a big challenge, so I always told myself to devote all my heart to developing this subject as expected."
