After 2 days of competition, at Thi Nai lagoon (Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh), 55 excellent racers from 26 teams around the world gave the audience extremely unique, impressive and thrilling jet ski racing performances, delighting fans and spectators.

Impressive performances of athletes at the UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship in Quy Nhon City (Binh Dinh)

After a series of exciting and dramatic competitions, the athletes demonstrated their strength and skills through diverse competitions such as: Freestyle, Ski Division, Ski Ladies and Runabout.

The competing teams set new records, brought home worthy rewards, and dedicated to the audience an extremely successful international jet ski race held for the first time in Vietnam, contributing to bringing an image of a beautiful, hospitable, water-sports-loving Vietnam to friends around the world.

The athletes were in a dramatic close-quarters match during the tournament.

At the end of the race, the Organizing Committee announced the results and awarded prizes to the outstanding athletes of the UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship Grand Prix of Binh Dinh as follows:

Slalom Paralell, Ski Ladies: 1st Jasmiin Ypraus (Estionia), 2nd Sofie Borgstrom (Sweden) and 3rd Estelle Poret (France). Ski Division GP1: 1st Morgan Poret (France), 2nd Alec Enderli (Switzerland) and 3rd Mickael Poret (France). Runabout GP1: 1st Jeremy Perez, 2nd Marcus Jorgensen, 3rd Samuel Johansson.

The Grand Prix of Binh Dinh has determined the champions, in which the Runabout GP1 race class, the first prize belongs to Samuel Johansson (Sweden)

The Grand Prix of Binh Dinh has determined the following champions: Runabout GP1: 1st Samuel Johansson (Sweden), 2nd Francois Medori (France) and 3rd Gyogy Kasza (Hungary). Ski Division GP1: 1st Quinten Bossche (Belgium), 2nd Oliver Koch Hansen (Denmark), 3rd Kevin Reiterer (Hungary). Ski Ladies: 1st Jasmiin Ypraus (Estionia), 2nd Estelle Poret (France), 3rd Benedicte Drange (Norway). Freestyle: 1st Roberto Mariani (Italy), 2nd Rashid Al Mulla (Saudi Arabia), and 3rd Paulo Nunes (Portugal).

The organizing committee of the UIM-ABP World Championship held a press conference after the end of the Grand Prix of Binh Dinh race.

After the Grand Prix of Binh Dinh, the UIM-ABP World Championship will continue its journey to find the throne in 2024 at the following locations: EUROPE (May 31 - June 2); Grand Prix of Italia (June 21 - June 23); EUROPE (July 1 - July 4); Grand Prix of Indonesia (November 23 - November 24).

Coming up, within the framework of "Amazing Binh Dinh Week" Fest 2024, the Binh Dinh - Vietnam team will compete in the second leg of the UIM F1H2O Grand Prix of Binh Dinh powerboat world championship, taking place from March 29 - 31, at Thi Nai lagoon (Quy Nhon city).
