On February 22, the leader of Tuy Phuoc Traffic Police Station, under the Traffic Police Department of Binh Dinh Province, informed about a passenger bus fire that occurred on National Highway 1, passing through Tuy Phuoc District. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
At 7:30 a.m. the same day in Dieu Tri town, Tuy Phuoc district, a passenger bus with license plate 35F-000.xx, driven by Mr. Hoang Khac Phi (50 years old, Ninh Binh province), suddenly caught fire at the rear of the vehicle. At that time, there were 4 passengers and 4 crew members on board.
When the fire broke out, Tuy Phuoc Traffic Police Station discovered and assisted in regulating traffic through this section of the road. At the same time, they coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police of Binh Dinh Province to extinguish the fire in time.
According to local residents, when the bus caught fire, there were a number of passengers and ornamental plants on board. Fortunately, all passengers and the driver escaped in time, causing no casualties, but the bus was severely damaged.
