The Dien Chau - Bai Vot Expressway Project is invested in the form of public-private partnership, with a length of nearly 50 km, passing through the territory of Nghe An (44.4 km) and Ha Tinh (4.9 km). The total investment capital of the project is about 11,157 billion VND. The project started construction in May 2021. Currently, the Dien Chau - National Highway 46B section held a traffic opening ceremony on April 29, and the remaining 19 km of National Highway 46B - Bai Vot section is expected to open to traffic on June 30. |
