According to information from the Department of Personnel Organization (State Bank), after restructuring, this agency has reduced from 63 branches to 15 branches nationwide. Accordingly, with the new model, Phu Tho province belongs to region 4 with the provinces of Vinh Phuc, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai and Yen Bai. The headquarters of the State Bank region 4 will be located in Phu Tho province.

Regarding personnel work, Ms. Truong Thu Hoa was assigned as Director of Region 4. Deputy Directors of the region include Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tung, Mr. Trinh Ngoc Tuan, Mr. Hoang Duy Chinh, Mr. Nguyen Quang Dat, Mr. Do Quang Huy, and Mr. Nguyen Viet Long. 2 Branch Directors of the old model retired early; 7 Deputy Directors of branches of the old model were arranged to be department heads in the new model.

For units carrying out dissolution, merger, and reorganization, the State Bank has established preparatory committees and assigned tasks to the preparatory committees to act as focal points for implementation; this contributes to speeding up the progress of developing plans for arrangement, reorganization, and regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structures of units to ensure that the new units can start operating immediately, without interruption of work, and without time gaps.

To ensure that regional State Banks come into operation immediately after the new Decree is issued, the Party Executive Committee of the State Bank has synchronously deployed measures and solutions on information technology, treasury, finance - accounting, payment, human resources, etc. It has promptly organized many meetings or agreed in writing on implementation plans, lists of key tasks and works to be implemented for each preparatory committee and unit; at the same time, it has issued specific instructions for the preparatory committees and units to ensure work progress.
