This exhibition features 61 images (including 40 images on the Hoang Sa - Truong Sa theme from the Ministry of Information and Communications and 21 images of Truong Sa sovereignty rocks); it utilizes banners and posters to publicize the exhibition content; and televisions are used to display digital exhibition content and documentary films about the sea and islands.
This thematic exhibition, "Hoang Sa and Truong Sa of Vietnam," introduces to the public valuable maps and historical documents on the establishment and exercise of Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos.
Ancient Western and Chinese maps only show Hainan Island, omitting the Paracel and Spratly Islands, and there are also some images and studies previously published by domestic and international researchers and scholars on this issue.

These are all historical documents with legal value proving Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos in the East Sea.
This contributes to raising awareness, fostering solidarity, strengthening confidence, and instilling a sense of responsibility among the people at home, overseas Vietnamese, especially the younger generation, in participating in protecting and asserting the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland's seas and islands.
In addition, supplementary activities are organized to reinforce knowledge of maritime sovereignty and islands. Simultaneously, soft skills are developed to serve the learning needs of students, contributing to the education of patriotic traditions and national pride.
Following the event in Ca Mau city, the thematic exhibition "Hoang Sa - Truong Sa of Vietnam" will be held at junior or senior high schools in 8 districts across the province.

In addition, it is necessary to promote the effective implementation of the Party's guidelines; the State's policies and laws on the sea and islands; specific mechanisms and policies to attract investment in the development of the marine and island economy; the province's socio-economic development plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; and other plans related to the sea and islands approved by competent authorities.
