Khanh Hoa builds arch bridge connecting Cam Lam urban area

Vinhomes Joint Stock Company invested in the construction of Nguyen Tat Thanh arch bridge (in Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa) connecting with Cam Lam urban area with a length of about 400m.

On March 29, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee announced that it will build Nguyen Tat Thanh arch bridge in Cam Lam district, according to the conclusion of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee. This project contributes significantly to the development of traffic infrastructure, connecting Cam Lam urban area with neighboring areas.

Accordingly, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved the policy for Vinhomes Joint Stock Company to implement the Nguyen Tat Thanh bridge project.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also requested that Vinhomes Joint Stock Company be responsible for presiding over and organizing a competition for architectural plans (if any) to select the optimal plan that meets the requirements on urban planning, design, and architecture according to regulations.

The bridge is 400m long, located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area, Cam Hai Dong Commune, Cam Lam District). Project progress is 2025 - 2027.

It is known that regarding the area where Nguyen Tat Thanh bridge is being built, previously, on March 25, the Prime Minister had decided to approve the investment policy of the Cam Lam New Urban Area project.

Cam Lam New Urban Area Project has a land use scale of 10,350 hectares in Cam Lam district and part of Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province.

The population is about 585,000 people with the number of houses including 58,576 villas and townhouses; 9,821 apartments; 58,574 plots of land for villas and townhouses; 33,052 social houses and a 36-hole golf course.

The preliminary total investment of the project is more than 260 trillion VND (not including compensation and resettlement support costs of about 25,000 billion VND).

The project's operation period is 50 years from the date of land allocation decision, land lease decision, and land use purpose conversion decision.

Project implementation progress from 2025 - 2037.
