Through the campaign "Hand over land first, receive compensation later", the site clearance work for the construction of Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway through Trang Dinh district, Lang Son province recorded many positive signals.
Recently (November 8), the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Trang Dinh district held a conference to review the peak emulation period and the campaign "Hand over land first, receive compensation later" in the site clearance work for the construction of the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway project.
According to the design plan, the project section through Trang Dinh has a total length of more than 27km, uses nearly 195 hectares of land and affects 886 households in 5 communes.

Mr. Hoang Anh Dung, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Land Acquisition and Compensation in Trang Dinh District, said that to ensure the progress of site handover, the Steering Committee has assigned tasks to each group to propagate and mobilize each household that is still concerned about issues related to compensation prices and support policies.
