Binh Gia is a poor mountainous district of Lang Son province. According to the report on the implementation of Resolution No. 188-NQ/TU of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, up to now, the whole province has mobilized a total budget of 177 billion VND (including cash and in-kind) to support the program; completed the construction of 928 new houses, and repaired more than 1,000 houses.

According to the approved plan of the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Lang Son Province in 2025, the need to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for meritorious people, poor households, near-poor households, households affected by natural disasters, climate change and other subjects needing support to improve housing is 4,405 households, with a total cost of 224.52 billion VND.
