Binh Duong The 2024 Ripe Fruit Festival takes place from June 15 to 22 in Binh Duong, promising to bring many good impressions to the hearts of people and tourists.
The working delegation of the Organizing Committee of the 2024 Ripe Fruit Festival, led by Mr. Bui Huu Toan, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, inspected and surveyed the festival venue on May 30 in Cau Ngang area, Hung Dinh ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province, to prepare well for the festival organization.

After conducting a survey and listening to progress reports from relevant units on the site, layout of the opening stage, fruit and food stalls, decorative miniatures and other contents, Mr. Bui Huu Toan agreed with the plans for arranging and setting up space for the activities, emphasizing the need to speed up the site preparation, construction and installation of stalls according to plan, especially the need to carefully prepare for the opening ceremony program, and at the same time, requesting necessary adjustments to suit the proposed program and plan.
As planned, the 2024 Ripe Fruit Festival will take place from June 15 to June 22 (from May 10 to May 17 of the lunar calendar) in Hung Dinh Ward, Thuan An City. This event promises to bring many good impressions to the hearts of locals and tourists.
The 2024 Ripe Fruit Festival is expected to attract about 100 booths with many diverse activities such as: Fruit Fair and Culinary - Tourism Festival with the theme "Southern Sweetness"; displaying artistically shaped fruits; selling specialty fruits and processed fruit products; displaying seedlings, ceramic and lacquer products and selling typical dishes and drinks of Binh Duong, as well as provinces in the Eastern and Southwestern regions.
In addition, the festival's activities also include the "Charming Binh Duong" contest to vote for beautiful, charming, talented women representing the cultural beauty of Binh Duong people; the "Ripe Fruit Season" cross-country race; a beautiful photo contest with the theme: "Colors of the homeland"; an exhibition of beautiful photos and information about Binh Duong tourism; the Southern Amateur Music Festival and nightly art performances...

The Ripe Fruit Festival has become a traditional "brand" of Binh Duong for many years. This event is imbued with the culture of the countryside, creating a familiar playground for gardeners to exchange, learn and gain experience. In addition, the Festival also plays an important role in promoting the fruit brand of Lai Thieu, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.
This is an opportunity for localities in the Southeast and Southwest regions to expand their markets, enhance trade and tourism cooperation, and contribute to promoting the economic, cultural and social development of Binh Duong as well as the southern provinces and cities in general.
