(NLDO) - Mr. Tran Manh Dung, Permanent Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Nha Trang City Party Committee.
On December 18, Nha Trang City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work.
According to Decision No. 1512 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Mr. Tran Manh Dung was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Nha Trang City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Nha Trang City Party Committee, term 2020-2025, from December 15, 2024.

Mr. Tran Manh Dung was born in 1967; hometown is Phuoc Thuan commune, Tuy Phuoc district, Binh Dinh province; professional qualification is bachelor of administration; advanced level of political theory.
Mr. Dung used to hold the position of Chairman of Khanh Son District People's Committee (Khanh Hoa), Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Khanh Hoa Province .
In 2019, Mr. Dung was elected Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, then held the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the 2020-2025 term.
Previously, in September 2024, Mr. Ho Van Mung, Secretary of Nha Trang City Party Committee, was decided by the Politburo to mobilize and appoint to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, hold the position of Deputy Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and was elected by the An Giang Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
