As a young designer who has made many beautiful impressions through many traditional ao dai fashion collections, Dinh Hoang Vu this time tried his hand at designing costumes for the children's play "The Secret of a Hundred Bamboo Joints" by author and director Huynh Lap.
The play will be performed at Truong Hung Minh Stage (22 Vinh Vien, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City) from June 1 to 11, on the occasion of International Children's Day.
This play was artistically consulted by People's Artist Tran Ngoc Giau, contributing to creating a magical space as sparkling as children's thoughts about fairy tales.

Dinh Hoang Vu said he faced a lot of pressure because the play had more than 40 actors participating, and the main characters, good and evil, both required to be colorful and have distinct personality traits.
"I was ordered to design and sew within 10 days to meet the schedule for the play. The role of the fire god played by artist Dai Nghia is the most elaborate costume that really made me face many challenges. Because even though he plays a villain, artist Dai Nghia wants his character to be extremely lovely, gentle and always radiant" - Designer Dinh Hoang Vu shared.
