“Comics and Multi-Genre Entertainment Conference” Manga Comic Con Vietnam 2023 is jointly organized by Vietnam Festival Joint Stock Company VIETFEST, Digital Transformation Alliance DTS GROUP and Superhero Genre Event Organizer FM STUDIO to bring a healthy and interesting playground for fans.

The event attracted many young people from many places in Ho Chi Minh City. From early on, many people cosplayed as characters in cartoons and comics to attend the event, because this is an opportunity for people who love comics, cartoons and multi-genre entertainment to come and interact, admire products from their favorite brands and at the same time be able to "live" with their characters.
There are friends cosplaying as a witch, a character from the movie SPY×FAMILY , Hatake Kakashi from the movie Naruto , superhero Gao, a character from Chainsaw Man ...
Attendees were overwhelmed by a huge number of models and products crafted from famous cartoon and comic book brands, along with products such as key chains, handicrafts... These crafted products are mostly character statues from brands such as One-Punch Man , Dragon Ball , One Piece... ; besides that, there are models of ancient castles and dragons, Transformers toy models, statues of Vietnamese historical figures...

One of the interesting elements of this event is the presence of actor Kaneko Noboru, who plays Red Gao in the Gao Super series that once "stormed" the small screen, along with actor Masahiro Inoue, who plays Kamen Rider Decade in the Kamen Rider Decade series. "Giant" models make attendees excited
Many "huge" models - with very large sizes and designed by Vietnamese people - were displayed at the event. Macro Studios brought to the event a Batman collection worth billions of VND including 1 Batmobile Tumbler, 1 Batpod and Batman armor with a 1:1 ratio and 95% similar to the version directed by Christopher Nolan in the superhero series The Dark Knight . This is the booth that attendees really liked because this "genuine" model for the first time showed fans a part of the actual model of Batman's items from the movie.
The "super cool" Batmobile was displayed at the event.
Another "huge" model is King Kong, dragon, tiger made from hundreds of tires by Nguyen Thanh Trieu, a mechanic. These models are made from hundreds of tires, the King Kong model alone is over 2 meters tall and weighs over 300kg, made from 200 tires.
In addition to the above two models, another exclusive exhibition model at Manga Comic Con Vietnam 2023 is a large-sized diorama (1.2 meters long, 70 cm wide and 55 cm high) simulating the battle in the movie How to Train Your Dragon made by wAw Studio. This is considered the diorama with the largest size and sophistication in Asia.

On the morning of July 29, when the exhibition booths opened, around noon, some other areas were also gradually set up and set up to prepare for the next activities. Besides the booths displaying comic products, models, technology, gaming equipment, F&B (restaurant and beverage services)..., the event also had music night activities at the end of the day, all of which are factors contributing to the completion of this international Comic Con model.
According to Mr. Pham Minh Toan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VIETFEST, the vision of the organizing committee is to realize "Manga Comic Con Vietnam 2023 to become an expected annual event in Southeast Asia, on par with similar events in Singapore or Thailand".
