Through the social network Facebook, Ms. M. received a friend request from a person with the account name Quoc Bao to get to know and make friends. On June 1, Bao sent Ms. M. the web link https://www.aaf2.com/Public.lo... of the game site SANDS, asking Ms. M. to log in to play for fun. The man online introduced himself as an IT employee in Hanoi who knew about the game system's error, every day at 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., players would win big by depositing money into the game. Despite her doubts, Ms. M. was still lured by greed and created a trial account. When Ms. M. deposited 50 million VND for the first time into account 00007936097 named CONG NGHE NANG HFM LLC, she immediately earned nearly 53 million VND.

Seeing an opportunity to make easy money, Ms. M. continuously deposited money into the subject's account without knowing that she had fallen into a trap. When Ms. M. trusted him completely, the scammer informed her that her account had crashed and she could not withdraw money. The amount of money that Ms. M. deposited was up to 5.6 billion VND.
The Department of Information Security (Ministry of Information and Communications) recommends that people absolutely do not trust people they have never met in person, only met online; do not transfer money to others when they do not know who the account owner is and where he or she is; regularly check and update security features and private access rights on pages and network accounts used; do not provide personal information or bank accounts to strangers when they do not know their identity, background, or legal representative; do not access pages, links, or data files from addresses that do not have a legitimate source.
