Since early afternoon of May 31, Ho Chi Minh City has had heavy rain in many places, many roads are submerged in water.

The meteorological agency forecasts that in the next 0-3 hours, thunderstorms will continue to cause showers, accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning in the above districts, then expanding to the entire city.

Rainfall is generally 20-50 mm, some places over 50 mm. During thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes, hail and strong gusts of wind around level 5-7 (8-17 m/s).

The prolonged rain made it very difficult for people to move.

National Highway 13 (Binh Thanh District) is congested, many vehicles have to move little by little in the rain.
